Batik-like, hand-crafted paper boards with black and gold spine text block are in excellent condition with small lower corner bumps and a little rubbing at the head and tail of the spine. On the colophon it states that this is one of five hundred and odd copies printed in December 1902 at G.J. Thieme, Oriental Printer for Charles Carrington of Paris. On the limitation page, it states that this is one of 440 copies on French hand made paper, there is also a sticker on the title page that states that the translation was made by Sebastian Melmoth (Oscar Wilde).
